Coating performance is built on the prep. A coating bonds to the profiled concrete underneath, not to laitance, sealers, or contamination on the surface. Proper grinding or shot blasting is the foundation of every system we install.

We use Simiron epoxy and polyaspartic systems for coatings work.

From slab to topcoat.

Assess

Walk the slab. Identify cracks, contamination, moisture concerns, and the right system for the use case.

Prep

Diamond grind or shot blast to a clean, mechanically profiled surface. Repair cracks and joints.

Coat

Install the coating system in sequence basecoat, broadcast media if applicable, topcoat.

Cure

Allow each layer to cure per the system spec before the next coat and before service use.
